Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coaching programs are personalized services that begin with individual assessment and plan design. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Cancellations & refunds

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment if onboarding has not yet begun. Once your personalized plan has been created and delivered, fees are non-refundable, as the service has been substantially rendered.

Live session plans

For the Live 1-on-1 Online Training plan, sessions missed by you without 12 hours' notice are counted as completed. Sessions cancelled by your coach are always rescheduled.

Exceptional circumstances

Medical situations preventing participation (with documentation) are handled case by case — we may pause your program or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 72762 78366 with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
